When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, email if provided, business or facility name, city, requested service and project details. We use this information to respond to your request and coordinate service.
Storage and access
Requests are stored on the website’s server and are available to the owner through a password-protected inbox. A notification is sent to the company inbox when the server mail service is available. Requests remain stored in the owner dashboard if email delivery fails. The form does not send text messages. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Cookies
The owner dashboard uses a necessary sign-in session cookie. This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
Project videos
Published project videos are visible to website visitors. The owner should have permission to share each video and should avoid exposing customer names, faces, addresses or confidential equipment information without consent.
